Chief Financial Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial performance and provide strategic guidance.
About the Role- This is a rare opportunity to be a trusted advisor on financial matters for an established organization working on cutting-edge AI advancement.
- You will define the finance charter and strengthen the governance framework by validating financial targets, setting up budgetary controls, and controllership functions for multiple entities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including month-end close process and annual audits.
- Manage monthly close, audits, and procurement process to ensure compliance and optimal financial performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, payment gateways, and other key stakeholders in Treasury and Banking.
- Design and implement effective financial models, AOP, and complex business scenarios to drive strategic decision-making.
- Maintain expertise in Financial Planning, Financial Management, Budgeting, Forecasting, Compliances, Business Growth Strategy, and other relevant areas.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of overall experience, with 4 years in finance controllership/tax function.
- Strong Excel modelling skills and hands-on expertise in ERP Systems, process implementation, and familiarity with technical accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
- Excellent communication skills to express complex ideas concisely and influence key stakeholders under pressure.
Professional Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant certification.
