Key Data Science Role

We are seeking a seasoned Data Science Lead with expertise in clinical intelligence to spearhead our data operations.

The ideal candidate will lead data pipeline development, integrate computational biology insights, and ensure compliance with US pharma regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to drive innovation in the field of clinical data science.

Responsibilities
  1. Data Pipeline Development: Build and manage end-to-end data pipelines for ingesting and analyzing de-identified real-world evidence, preclinical data, and public datasets using Python, pandas, and cloud tools.
  2. Ensure Data Quality: Ensure data quality, privacy, and compliance with HIPAA, FDA (21 CFR Part 11), and GDPR, focusing on de-identification and bias mitigation.
  3. Integrate Computational Biology: Lead integration of computational biology into AI models for therapy-agnostic outcome predictions.
  4. Predictive Modeling: Collaborate with AI teams to develop predictive models for clinical trials and personalized medicine.
  5. Optimize Data Operations: Optimize data operations for scalability and cost-efficiency, handling large, diverse health datasets.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Master's or PhD: Master's or PhD in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Data Science, or related field.
  • Experience: 4+ years in data science or operations in US pharma/biotech, with expertise in clinical research.
  • Computational Biology: Deep knowledge of computational biology, including genomics and RDKit/AlphaFold for drug-protein interactions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, SQL, ETL tools, and big data frameworks.
  • US Pharma Regulations: Familiarity with US pharma regulations and clinical trial processes.
