As a key member of our team, you will oversee all aspects of our operations, driving efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement at Integra Global Solutions Corp.
- You will be responsible for optimizing processes, managing resources, and leading a team in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on data-driven decision making to achieve organizational goals.

- Analyze and evaluate operational systems, processes, and infrastructure, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective change management strategies.
- Evaluate and mitigate potential risks to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality assurance protocols and reporting mechanisms.
- Streamline existing processes and procedures to enhance team capacity and overall productivity.
- Manage data collection and analysis, utilizing metrics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and achieve operational targets.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Provide strong leadership and direction to a large team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
- Motivate, mentor, and support team members to achieve their full potential.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication across all levels, maintaining open communication channels with the team and management.
Project Management & Problem-Solving:
- Develop and implement operational plans and strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Anticipate and proactively manage operational and tactical challenges, providing strategic solutions.
- Possess excellent decision-making skills and the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Minimum 3+ years of proven success in an operations management role, with a total of 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate project activities effectively.
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to handle time-sensitive issues efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and advanced Excel reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge and experience with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filing and disclosure requirements is a plus.
Certifications in Six Sigma, Microsoft 365 tools, and reporting tools like Power BI are also a plus.
