Club Operations Manager

Oversee the daily operation of a dynamic club environment, ensuring exceptional member service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the execution of club events, workshops, speaker sessions, and client visits.
  • Develop an annual activity calendar and track progress towards goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the club, property owners, external partners, vendors, and members.
  • Maintain accurate minutes of meetings, follow up on agreed upon action items, and ensure their timely execution.
  • Effectively delegate, monitor, and evaluate the specific responsibilities assigned to team members.
  • Ensure all staff consistently adhere to the uniform policy by wearing designated attire while on duty.
  • Manage disciplinary actions involving all Club level employees in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Collaborate with management to oversee budget allocation for events, sponsorships, and resources.
  • Coordinate with management for necessary approvals or procurements.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a supportive and welcoming environment for all members.
  • Address concerns, complaints, or suggestions promptly and professionally, turning potential issues into opportunities to strengthen member relationships and improve club services.
  • Foster a culture of attentiveness and responsiveness among staff to ensure every member's interaction reflects the club's values and commitment to excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and industry health regulations, including sanitation standards, emergency protocols, and staff certification.
  • Implement and monitor safety procedures across all areas—workout zones, locker rooms, and group class studios—to minimize risk and protect members and staff.
  • Oversee maintenance needs and coordinate with staff training in CPR/First Aid, ensuring readiness for any emergency situation.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee engaging fitness programs, wellness challenges, workshops, and social events that cater to diverse member interests and goals.
  • Collaborate closely with instructors, personal trainers, and wellness professionals to design innovative offerings that enhance the member experience and boost participation.
  • Monitor attendance and feedback to refine programming, ensuring events remain fresh and impactful.

Additionally, provide regular updates to key stakeholders, maintain documentation of club activities, and support institutional reporting.
