Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Manager II. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Finance and FinOps, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of 25 resources, providing overall leadership and direction to the team. This includes managing group workload, establishing priorities, and setting and improving policies and procedures. They will also serve as a consultant or lead on projects and areas of finance or support of a business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Initiates and manages complex, departmental and/or cross-company work.
2. Manages group workload and establishes priorities.
3. Sets and improves policies and procedures, maintaining full compliance and implementing best practices.
4. Serves as a consultant or lead on projects and areas of finance or support of a business.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- 4+ years of Accounts Receivable or Account Payable experience
- 4+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
- 4+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience
- 4+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
- 3+ years of directly managing and leading a team of 3+ members experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- 4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- 4+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
