Our organization is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill an exciting position as a Service Engineer in the South region. This role presents a fantastic opportunity for growth, development, and contribution to our team's success.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service support to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and profitability for the company. Key duties will include machine installations and commissioning, training customers, operators, and engineers on operation, preventive maintenance, and other related tasks. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for planned broken-down maintenance of machines under warranty as well as under AMC, follow-up on payments and spare parts orders with customers, maintaining customer service records, and conducting machine demonstrations at customer sites, demo rooms, and exhibitions.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide service support to customers to achieve customer delight and profitability
  • Carry out machine installations and commissioning
  • Train customers, operators, and engineers on operation, preventive maintenance, etc.
  • Maintain customer service records and files
  • Conduct machine demonstrations at customer sites, demo rooms, and exhibitions
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a graduate degree in engineering, with 2-3 years of experience in a similar position. A strong working background on CNC machines, preferably in the wire harness manufacturing field, is essential. The ideal candidate should also demonstrate excellent communication skills, a high level of customer orientation, resilience, and teamwork.
