We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Counselor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in guiding students through their university application journey.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in shortlisting universities based on course, rankings, specialization, location preference, and financial ability of the student/parent. They will also possess excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research and provide impartial advice to students on studying abroad.
  • Develop and deliver presentations on behalf of the company during webinars, seminars, and virtual counseling sessions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.
  • Provide clear and concise information to students, addressing all inquiries promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • 1-6 years of experience in counseling students, preferably in the study abroad sector.
  • Excellent MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and typing skills.
