Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications using Python. This includes working extensively with MongoDB for database design, data modeling, and query optimization. Additionally, the candidate will develop and implement robust APIs to support various application functionalities.

The candidate will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Troubleshooting and debugging applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability is also an essential part of the role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications using Python.
  • Work extensively with MongoDB for database design, data modeling, and query optimization.
  • Develop and implement robust APIs to support various application functionalities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Python developer.
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming language.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with MongoDB, including database design, query optimization, and data modeling.
  • Experience in developing RESTful APIs using Python frameworks (e.g., Flask, Django, FastAPI).
  • Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
  • Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience with other NoSQL or relational databases.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker.
