Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a MongoDB Developer located in Bengaluru. The MongoDB Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining MongoDB databases and ensuring their performance, availability, and security. Day-to-day tasks include writing and optimizing queries, data modeling, and collaborating with other developers and stakeholders to integrate MongoDB into various applications. The role will also involve monitoring database performance, implementing backup and recovery strategies, and providing technical support for database-related issues.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in MongoDB database design, development, and administration
  • Proficiency in writing and optimizing queries
  • Skills in data modeling and schema design
  • Experience with database performance tuning and monitoring
  • Experience in implementing backup and recovery strategies
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience in application development is a plus
