Project Management Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the delivery of corporate interior fit-out projects from design stage to completion.

Job Description:

  • Implement a tailored project management framework for corporate interior fit-out projects, ensuring timely completion within schedules and budgets.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including risk assessment, budget control, and variation monitoring.
  • Foster collaboration among stakeholders, ensuring that project managers work harmoniously with client SMEs and provide regular updates on project progress.
  • Manage the performance of the design and site delivery teams, ensuring delegated responsibilities are met.
  • Negotiate with vendors and business partners throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • A detail-oriented approach, quick problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
  • At least 4 years of experience in building construction as a project management professional is essential.
  • A strong background in managing corporate/ workplace interior fit-out projects is necessary.
  • A degree in Architecture, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline is required.
  • Familiarity with individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs is necessary.
  • Excellent team management and client-facing experience is vital.
  • Tech-savviness, having successfully implemented digital and technology initiatives, is expected.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality and customer satisfaction is necessary.
  • Independence with minimal supervision is also required.
