Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our product team. This role is ideal for someone who can create innovative and intuitive user experiences.

As a UX/UI Designer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into visually appealing and functional designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs.
  • Ensure designs align with accessibility, inclusivity, and responsiveness standards.

UI Design:

  • Create pixel-perfect UI components, layouts, and design systems.
  • Apply motion design or micro-interactions to enhance usability.
  • Maintain design consistency across web and mobile platforms.
  • Design-to-Development Handoff
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure faithful implementation of designs.
  • Understand front-end fundamentals to better communicate with developers.

New-Age Skills:

  • Prompt engineers to implement designs accurately and efficiently.
  • Utilize AI-assisted design tools to speed up ideation and asset generation.
  • Explore and prototype using no-code/low-code platforms for rapid validation.
  • Contribute to maintaining and evolving a scalable design system.

Collaboration & Growth:

  • Work closely with senior designers to learn best practices and improve craft.
  • Stay updated on design trends, interaction models, and AI-driven design innovations.
  • Communicate design rationale and present work clearly to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio demonstrating capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, dev handoff).
  • Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS, React concepts preferred).
  • Strong visual design sensibility with knowledge of typography, color, and grid systems.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design and prototyping tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in no-code/low-code platforms (Framer, Webflow, Bubble).
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Experience contributing to or managing a design system.
  • Motion/interaction design skills (After Effects, Lottie, Figma Motion plugins).
