Job Description:

The finance associate role is a vital part of our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing and reviewing reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including journals, ledgers, and computerized financial information
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including statistical and accounting data
  • Classify and code numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records
  • Complete period-end closing procedures and reports as specified
  • Prepare and issue bills, invoices, and account statements according to company procedures

You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. You will also maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, protect company assets, and support team members to reach common goals.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • No supervisory experience required

This position requires a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will play a key role in helping us achieve our brand mission.
