JLL is seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team in Gurgaon. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, enhancing efficiency through innovation and technology, and maintaining exceptional relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective property management strategies to optimize site operations and minimize costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Conduct regular site visits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure best value for JLL.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports to track site performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements:

  • 7-8 years of experience in facility management, real estate, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
