Job Title: Building Design Specialist

The Role of a Building Design Specialist is to conceptualize and develop innovative architectural designs for construction projects.

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Design Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for planning and designing buildings, ensuring that they meet the necessary building codes and regulations.

Your primary focus will be on creating detailed drawings and designs using AutoCAD software, as well as preparing municipal drawings and reports. You will also be expected to work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning and Designing Buildings: Create detailed architectural designs and plans for construction projects.
  • Municipal Drawings and Reports: Prepare municipal drawings and reports, including measurement of flat areas and redrawing in AutoCAD.
  • Client Communication: Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver high-quality results.

  • AutoCAD Software: Proficient in using AutoCAD software for creating detailed drawings and designs.
