Senior Finance Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Executive to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for preparing monthly financial reports, handling tax compliance, and supporting internal and external audits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly MIS reports, including balance sheet and profit and loss accounts
  • Handle GST and TDS compliance, including filing GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B, ISD working, and reconciliation
  • Support internal and external audits, as well as preparation of annual operating plan (AOP)
  • Perform month-end activities, including updating the fixed asset register, depreciation calculation, and prepaid expense management
  • Review general ledger and ensure accuracy of books of account
  • Assist in other ad-hoc requirements related to accounting and finance

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in accounting and financial operations
  • Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and reconciliation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
