AI Software Development Opportunities

Our team is seeking skilled and motivated software engineers to contribute to the development of innovative AI solutions. Job Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize AI models using clean, efficient code. Evaluate performance through benchmarking and response ranking. Fine-tune models using high-quality datasets (SFT, RLHF). Ensure quality via code reviews, testing, and documentation. Innovate with new evaluation strategies and improved training workflows.

Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+). Knowledge of NestJS and modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, etc.). Background in modular development, scalable architectures, testing, and security best practices. Solid knowledge of Docker. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
