Job Title: Software Engineer">

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building user-facing applications with a customer-focused attitude.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing scalable, efficient and testable code while working closely with talented Product Managers, exceptional Backend Engineers, and awesome UI/UX designers.

  • Building user-facing journeys with a customer-centric approach.
  • Designing and implementing pleasing yet performant UI/UX solutions.
  • Driving product/feature development throughout the SDLC.
  • Solving complex problems both in the codebase or within everyday team-wide processes.
  • Taking conscious decisions for the benefit of the team and organization.
  • Creating Technical Design Documentation from scratch.
  • Participating in regular peer code reviews.
  • Maintaining and upgrading existing codebase.

This is an excellent opportunity to explore new libraries and technologies, integrate complex third-party APIs, and own what you do, and do what you own.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering or allied branches, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience building applications on the web platform with ReactJS, Typescript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience working with tools/libraries like webpack, redux, redux-thunk, nodeJS, JIRA, and Jenkins.
  • Leadership experience in guiding teams towards success.
  • A knack for realizing problems and executing them effectively.
  • A good command on Data Structures and Programming concepts.
  • A strong understanding of product and design intricacies.
  • A get-things-done attitude and a customer-centric mindset.
  • The ability to write clean, efficient, and scalable code.
  • Purpose driven and passionate about solving complex problems.
  • A team player always ready to offer a helping hand and ask for one when needed.
