- Coordinating with customers to understand their banking needs and preferences.
- Ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Providing expert advice on retail products and services, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining strong communication lines with internal stakeholders, including Relationship Managers and Branch Heads.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of strategies to drive business growth and enhance customer experience.
