Job Overview

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning and execution of construction projects from start to finish. This role involves leading a team, managing budgets, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as knowledge of good construction practices, RCC, finishing, electrical, plumbing, and MIS handling. Additionally, experience in project coordination, bill preparation, checking, and materials management is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead project teams to ensure timely completion of projects
2. Manage project finances, including budgeting and cost control
3. Coordinate with architects, consultants, head office, and sales teams
4. Prepare and check bills, including materials management
