Customer Success Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Strategist to play a key role in ensuring our clients achieve their goals and maximize value from our products.
About the Role- This position focuses on building strategic partnerships, driving product adoption, and creating long-term customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in managing B2B or SaaS clients. They must be able to work in a remote environment and be available during US PST Time Zone hours.
Key Responsibilities- Build Strategic Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to align their business goals with our product solutions.
- Develop Customer Success Plans: Create and execute customized plans with clear milestones and measurable outcomes to ensure client success.
- Client Onboarding: Own the onboarding process to ensure seamless setup and adoption of our products.
- Monitor and Optimize Customer Usage: Track and analyze customer usage to drive engagement and retention.
- Track KPIs and Identify Opportunities: Monitor and report key performance indicators such as retention rates, NPS, churn rates, and revenue expansion. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to work closely with the sales team.
- Regular Business Reviews: Conduct regular reviews to share progress, insights, and opportunities with clients.
- Serve as Voice of the Customer: Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Support, and Sales) to address challenges and enhance the customer experience.
- Provide Training and Resources: Ensure customers have the necessary training and resources to succeed with our solutions.
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in managing B2B or SaaS clients.
