Job Title: Senior Language Expert

About the Role:
This role is responsible for providing high-quality language services to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in German language and culture, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage service owner role
- Stakeholder management / vendor management involved in professional order management
- NGUM/ access management
- Ensure all POs are raised/delivered without any escalations
- Keep a check of existing/additional workscope
- Identify new projects/opportunities
- Manage knowledge documents
- Maintain a resource pool
- Order management/ Incident management

Requirements:
- C1 level certification in German language
- Good understanding of SAP tool, EVO, ARiba tool, B2/B1 certified
