This role demands a seasoned professional with extensive experience in designing and developing autonomous, goal-driven agents that reason, learn, and act in dynamic environments. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable agentic AI systems that execute complex workflows and reason over legal data, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Research, prototype, and productionize ML/DL models, particularly in NLP/NLU, to drive innovative solutions.
  • Build intelligent legal agents capable of document interpretation, decision-making, and collaborating with users or other agents to complete multi-step tasks, resulting in enhanced efficiency and accuracy.
  • Utilize frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, OpenAI Function Calling, and Semantic Kernel to build multi-agent workflows, streamlining processes and improving outcomes.
  • Fine-tune and integrate large language models using PEFT, LoRA, and RAG techniques for domain-specific challenges, ensuring optimal performance and adaptability.
  • Design robust infrastructure for managing AI lifecycle: training, inference, monitoring, and continuous learning, guaranteeing high-quality results and rapid innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with legal experts, product managers, and engineers to build explainable and trustworthy AI systems, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Data Science, with deep expertise in ML and NLU, coupled with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience building or integrating agentic AI systems (AutoGPT-style agents, goal-oriented LLM pipelines, multi-agent frameworks), demonstrating a solid understanding of complex systems.
  • Proficiency in Python, HuggingFace Transformers, LangChain, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Spacy, allowing for seamless integration with existing tools and technologies.
  • Experience developing and scaling ML models (LSTMs, BERT, Transformers) in production, ensuring high-performance and reliability.
  • Understanding of LLM training (OpenAI, LLAMA, Falcon), embeddings, and prompt engineering, enabling effective communication between humans and machines.
  • Hands-on experience with Reinforcement Learning (PPO, RLHF, RLAIF), driving informed decisions and strategic planning.
  • Experience with text and semantic information extraction from structured/unstructured documents (PDFs, images), providing valuable insights and context.
  • Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments and cross-functional collaboration, promoting open communication and shared goals.
