Model N Specialist Job Description

The role of a Model N Specialist involves leveraging technical expertise in software applications to drive business growth and excellence. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working with global teams.

The successful candidate will possess strong techno-functional expertise in Model N Flex application, with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience across Model N Modules. Key areas of focus include:

  • Technical expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, Java, and UNIX
  • Experience with BI tools (Cognos, BI Objects) – added advantage
  • Strong background in working with global delivery teams and product vendors
  • Proven experience in Model N Platform Support / Implementation / Upgrade Projects

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and client management skills
  • Good knowledge of support processes, incident/SR/problem management using tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, JIRA, etc.
  • Exposure/experience with Agile & DevOps methodology
