We're inviting applications for an Assistant Vice President - Financial Planning & Analysis role. This position requires exceptional analytical skills, team leadership abilities, and strategic thinking to deliver actionable insights and drive financial growth. Key Responsibilities
  • Work with various teams within corporate finance, business finance, and controllership to gather insights and develop new analytics around top-line and growth areas.
  • Think creatively and excel in storytelling and executive presence to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Be an expert in finance planning and analytics, with a deep understanding of management reporting and FP&A domain.
  • Identify opportunities for process standardization and automation to enhance efficiency in finance organizations.
  • Prepare and review operating plans, budgets, forecasts, and outlooks.
  • Develop management reports, including MIS reports, revenue analysis, variance analysis, and detailed commentary.
  • Review business performance and provide stakeholders with meaningful insights and visibility on regular basis.
  • Generate insights into business performance to drive improved financial results and facilitate fact-based decision making.
  • Drive discussions with senior stakeholders to extract insights, understand business operations, and build a crisp narrative.
Qualifications We Seek

We're looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Certified Chartered Accountant or an MBA with FP&A/finance background, preferably from software/IT companies with project- and license-based businesses.
  • Upbeat, confident, outspoken, and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong partner management and influencing skills.
  • Executive presence and attention to detail.
  • People leadership experience and proficiency in MS Office tools and financial systems (e.g., Oracle, Hyperion).

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $120,000-$180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
