Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled technical professional to assume responsibility for equipment maintenance and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues utilizing deep understanding of systems and processes involved in our industry.
  • Assist with the installation, configuration, and commissioning of new equipment to ensure it operates according to specified guidelines and safety standards.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients or customers addressing their concerns and offering solutions to maximize efficiency and safety of their operations.
  • Ensure all work performed adheres to industry safety standards and regulations and identify potential safety hazards or risks to prevent accidents and promote a secure working environment.
  • Maintain detailed records of service activities including maintenance schedules, repairs performed, and any modifications made and provide comprehensive reports to supervisors or management as required.
  • Attend training sessions or workshops to enhance understanding of equipment operations, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with other team members including engineers, technicians, and project managers to coordinate field operations, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues.

Requirements:

  • ITI or Diploma in Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Fresher or 0-8 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong technical knowledge and skills in email handling, field services, and technical competencies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.

Work Environment:

The selected candidate will be based in Gandhinagar, India, and will be required to work onsite at retail outstations like petrol pumps.
