Senior Data Architect

Overview:

As a seasoned data architect, you will lead the design and implementation of large-scale data engineering solutions. With 7+ years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for architecting and delivering data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehouses that drive business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable data architectures using AWS Services, Python, Pyspark, and data modeling techniques.
  • Develop expertise in columnar and NoSQL databases, predictive analytics, data visualization, and unstructured data processing.
  • Leverage knowledge of ETL, data mining, data warehousing, and segmentation techniques to extract insights from large datasets.
  • Stay up-to-date with modern infrastructure automation technology stacks and identify the best tools for the task.
  • Cultivate a culture of knowledge sharing, willingness to coach others, and help them learn.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in a Platform Lead, Delivery Leader, or similar role.
  • Strong working knowledge of AWS Services, Python, Pyspark, and data modeling.
  • Excellent analytical skills and quick grasp of complex concepts.
  • Independent work style with high proactivity.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving environments.
  • Effective communication skills to articulate new ideas and concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
