About the Role

This role involves hands-on coding, problem-solving, and close collaboration with engineers and product teams to design, develop, and maintain back-end systems while integrating AI-driven automation solutions into core business workflows.

Main Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain Python-based automation services and back-end systems
  • Integrate AI/ML models into workflows to optimize processes and reduce manual effort
  • Work with APIs, databases, and messaging systems to connect platforms
  • Apply object-oriented programming and software engineering best practices for scalable, maintainable code
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Document systems and ensure solutions are reliable and production-ready
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in Python (3.x) and OOP principles
  • Solid back-end development experience (APIs, microservices, databases)
  • Familiarity with AI/automation frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Airflow, Celery)
  • Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
