Job Title:

User Experience Designer

We are seeking a skilled User Experience Designer to drive the end-to-end design process for our enterprise web applications. Your expertise will be essential in creating intuitive, scalable, and accessible design solutions that align with our business goals and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create end-to-end design processes for our enterprise web applications - from research and wireframing to mockups and prototypes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver design solutions that meet user needs and business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency, accessibility, and efficiency across products.
  • Translate complex workflows into intuitive dashboards, forms, and reusable components.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative feedback cycles to validate design decisions.
  • Ensure design accessibility standards are met, supporting inclusive user experiences.
  • Explore and implement AI-enabled design-to-code tools to speed up design iterations and prototyping.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in UX design, preferably with enterprise B2B or SaaS platforms.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating workflow-heavy enterprise web app design.
  • Proficiency in Figma (design systems, prototyping, components) and other design/prototyping tools.
  • Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
  • Basic understanding of front-end development constraints and design handoff best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience).
