Job Title: Visionary Creative Lead

About the Role:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Visionary Creative Lead to drive innovative ideas and solutions for various client projects.
  • The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative strategies, pushing boundaries in campaign work.
  • You will collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to visually develop great campaign work, ensuring precision and consistency.
  • Presentation of ideas and work to stakeholders and decision makers is also an essential part of this role.
  • The successful completion of all integrated creative projects (print & digital) is expected from the selected candidate.
  • You will establish and communicate schedules to deliver projects on time and adapt layouts to align with project specifications and brand guidelines.
  • This role requires implementing design updates and changes with precision and consistency.
Key Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in Design at a top advertising or marketing agency.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, Acrobat Pro, and Figma.
  • A well-curated work portfolio showcasing your skills and expertise.
  • Experience presenting work to clients at meetings and receiving feedback.
  • The ability to function in a fast-paced environment and manage high-volume requests effectively.
  • Great verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
