Investment Banking Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Investment Banking Analyst to provide end-to-end fundraising solutions for our clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality deal documents, such as pitch decks, financial models, business plans, and teasers, for clients across various sectors, geographies, and stages of their business operations.

  • Deal Origination: Identify and pursue potential investment opportunities that meet our clients' needs.
  • Structuring: Develop tailored financing solutions for our clients, taking into account their unique circumstances and objectives.
  • Distribution Services: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our clients' investments to a wide range of stakeholders.

In this role, you will work closely with our clients to understand their fundraising requirements and provide bespoke solutions to meet those needs. You will also advise and consult clients on structuring funding rounds, valuations, and financial models, among other tasks.

As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our clients and managing our relationships with them on an ongoing basis. You will be required to work efficiently, manage multiple deals simultaneously, and meet strict deadlines.

Our ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in Investment Banking or a related field, with a strong background in finance, accounting, and business analysis. They should possess a deep understanding of the startup fundraising and venture capital industry, as well as CFA Level 1 or 2 certification. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for this role.
