Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager to lead our cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact projects.

About the Role:

  • End-to-end project lifecycle management for top-tier clients in the banking domain.
  • Stakeholder engagement and alignment through effective communication and reporting.
  • Development and maintenance of detailed project dashboards and reports.
  • Collaboration with development teams to ensure technical feasibility.
  • Implementation of DevOps practices and continuous integration/deployment pipelines.
  • Identification and mitigation of project risks.
  • Promotion of improvement initiatives and additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Compliance with industry regulations and internal governance standards.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of project management experience in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Proven stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to generate clear and concise reports and presentations.
  • Familiarity with Java, Microservices architecture, and DevOps tools.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.

  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and project tracking dashboards.
