Key Role: Project Manager

As a seasoned Project Manager, you will be responsible for the timely delivery of projects with exceptional quality. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Accurately interpret detailed drawings (2D/3D) from various disciplines to inform project execution.
  • Identify and address design discrepancies and potential execution risks to mitigate project delays.
  • Validate review work orders, Bill of Quantities, and other critical project documents.
  • Develop comprehensive project schedules highlighting interdependencies between tasks to ensure smooth project progression.
  • Regularly inspect site work through on-site visits and remote monitoring to maintain quality control standards.
  • Ensure that all quality and timeline-related requirements are met, providing technical guidance to site supervisors when necessary.
  • Provide timely updates to customers regarding project progress and status.
  • Bridge the gap between designers and customers by effectively managing project execution stages.
  • Prepare weekly project summaries and share them with stakeholders to foster transparency and collaboration.
  • Analyze data to identify performance bottlenecks, develop corrective solutions, and implement changes to drive improvement.
  • Maintain the highest quality standards in your projects, ensuring an exceptional customer experience through rigorous adherence to checklists and work method statements.
  • Collaborate with internal functions to drive key initiatives such as process improvements, pricing strategies, and new project developments.
  • Nurture vendor relationships and address concerns promptly to foster strong partnerships.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Management Graduate or Construction Management degree from a reputable institution.
  • Strong background in Project Management, Engineering, or Architecture, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Deep understanding of site execution processes, particularly for home renovations.
  • Ability to assess design feasibility, visualize site conditions, and anticipate potential execution risks.
  • Results-driven professionals with excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • High level of ownership, learning aptitude, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Prior experience in Project Management/Operations is essential for this role.
  • Preference given to candidates with experience working in Ops-focused startups.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and strong analytical skills are highly desirable.
