Job Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the project delivery process, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on cost estimation, budget management, and contract administration.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assess project scope in line with design requirements.
  • Validate technical specifications from the design team to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
  • Develop optimized specifications that meet client requirements without compromising quality or efficiency.
  • Verify Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and supporting documentation.
  • Present BOQs and solutions to stakeholders for approval.
  • Review and validate Request for Allowance (RA) bills and final invoices.
  • Prepare amendments as needed to ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
  • Analyze budget cost estimates based on benchmark cost matrices.
  • Submit multiple budget options considering alternative solutions.
  • Research new products and obtain necessary approvals.
  • Suggest optimization opportunities within budgets.
  • Maintain accurate records of project costs and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
