Job Title: Senior Engineering Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of new features and technologies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance to engineers on feature development and implementation.
  • Act as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for all technical deliverables within your team.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide training to enhance the team's overall expertise.
  • Lead Agile teams, ensuring smooth collaboration between product, engineering, and QA members.
  • Translate high-level designs into actionable tasks, define ownership, and oversee progress to ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle, from planning and coding to testing and deployment.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, architectural principles, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and Product Owners to design scalable, maintainable, and robust solutions.
  • Identify bottlenecks in processes and propose optimizations for development workflows and system reliability.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 6-11 years of experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong expertise in programming languages like Java and Python.
  • Proficiency in the Angular front-end framework.
  • Solid knowledge of databases, including MongoDB, SQL, and NoSQL.
  • Strong working knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly AWS.

Skills & Tools:

  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and POD-based execution models.
  • Experience with Agile tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the e-commerce or OOH (Out-of-Home) advertising technology industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong focus on delivering scalable solutions.
