Immersive 3D Artistry

AjnaLens is seeking a passionate and experienced 3D Artist (VR/MR Game Assets & Animation) to join our team in Pune, India. With a minimum of 3 years of experience in creating high-quality 3D environments, props, and characters for mobile, PC, VR, and MR simulations/games, you will craft immersive assets and animations optimized for VR/MR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create optimized 3D environments, props, and characters
  • Rigging, skinning, and animating characters with realistic or stylized motion
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to integrate assets seamlessly into Unity and Unreal Engine

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Blender (modeling, texturing, rigging, animation)
  • Strong grasp of environment and object creation
  • Good understanding of character modeling and animation pipelines
  • Ability to optimize assets for immersive hardware (LOD, texture compression, light baking)
  • Familiarity with Unity and/or Unreal Engine integration
