Job Title: Oracle Techno-Functional Consultant

Are you a skilled and experienced Oracle techno-functional consultant looking for a new challenge? Do you have a deep understanding of Oracle ERP systems and a strong technical skillset?

This role is ideal for those who enjoy working closely with business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions. As an Oracle techno-functional consultant, you will be responsible for providing level 1 (L1) support, ensuring smooth operation, and quick resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the L1/L2 activities of Oracle Fusion applications related to P2P, Procurement, and Supply Chain modules.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including configurations, functional specifications, and test scripts.
  • Work with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Conduct gap analysis and provide solutions to bridge gaps between business needs and Oracle capabilities.
  • Design discussions for integrating Oracle applications with other enterprise systems.
  • Ensure seamless data flow and consistency across integrated systems.
  • Design and develop custom reports using OTBI and BI publisher, and approval workflows.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle applications.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for Oracle application users experiencing issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve basic issues related to Oracle applications, escalating complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
  • Log, track, and manage support tickets using the company's ticketing system.
  • Provide timely and effective communication to users regarding the status of their support requests.
  • Conduct initial troubleshooting and provide guidance to users on common issues and best practices.
  • Assist in training end-users on Oracle applications and troubleshooting techniques.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience as an Oracle techno-functional consultant.
  • Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion applications, particularly in P2P, Procurement, and Supply Chain Management modules.
  • Strong understanding of the procure-to-pay cycle, procurement processes, and supply chain management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Oracle certification in relevant modules is a plus.

  • Bachelor's degree
