Virtual Legal Counsel

As a Virtual Legal Counsel, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert legal advice to clients. Your responsibilities will include drafting contracts and agreements, as well as training junior associates in effective drafting techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clients Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, gather detailed briefs, and provide expert advice on legal provisions and best practices.
  • Drafting Supervision: Direct junior associates in drafting contracts and agreements, ensuring accuracy and relevance of drafts.
  • Quality Control: Review and QC contracts for compliance, accuracy, and alignment with client requirements.
  • Training and Development: Train junior associates on effective drafting techniques, legal language, and industry best practices.
  • Process Optimization: Develop and refine internal workflows for drafting, reviewing, and finalizing contracts to improve turnaround time.
  • Legal Research: Conduct research on legal updates and industry trends to ensure compliance and provide added value to clients.
  • Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborate with the legal team to streamline processes and resolve complex client requirements.
