Job Purpose

The incumbent will be responsible for driving environmental initiatives aligned with our Sustainability Strategy and Good and Green Vision. This includes Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG).

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with operations team to drive projects related to energy, water, waste, and emissions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of schemes related to energy efficiency, water savings, waste reduction, and emission reduction.
  • Conduct Life Cycle Assessment of products and energy audits, water audits, and evaluate gaps identified.
  • Track and update monthly performance of initiatives in place at operational sites and yearly outcomes/impact on targets set for Sustainability.
  • Identify opportunities in ESG disclosures and work with cross-functional teams to improve upon disclosures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Environment/Energy/Chemical Engineering.
  • 4-8 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical understanding of engineering principles.
  • Self-motivated, team player, critical thinker, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
