Oracle Technical Support - SCM Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EBS R12 technical support professional to join our team on a 6-month contract basis.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in supporting multiple Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules, with proficiency in SQL / PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.

  • Providing expert-level technical support for Oracle EBS R12 across various modules, including Order Management (OM), Inventory (INV), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and Fixed Assets (FA).
  • Troubleshooting and resolving production issues across Oracle EBS layers, with the ability to manage issue resolutions and handle custom enhancements independently.
