Oracle R12 EBS SCM Specialist

This role involves leading the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle R12 SCM modules. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of relevant experience in Oracle R12 SCM modules, with a strong focus on Advanced Supply Chain Planning.
- Inventory Management: Implement, configure, and support inventory management processes using Oracle R12 EBS SCM.
- Purchasing and Order Management: Develop and execute purchasing strategies, manage orders, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Bills of Material (BOM): Design, implement, and maintain BOMs to optimize supply chain operations.
- Lead Implementation Projects: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle R12 SCM implementation projects, ensuring successful outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Configure and Support: Configure and support Oracle R12 SCM modules, including Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, and Bills of Material.
- Optimize Supply Chain Operations: Analyze and optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide Expertise: Share knowledge and expertise with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 8–10 years of experience in Oracle R12 SCM modules
- Demonstrated expertise in Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP)
- Strong understanding of inventory management, purchasing, order management, and bills of material processes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Able to work collaboratively across functional teams
