Influencer Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Talent Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Talent Manager, you will identify, onboard, and maintain a diverse portfolio of exclusive influencers aligned with our objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that align with brand objectives and target audience.
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with influencers, serving as the primary point of contact for all communication and coordination.
- Negotiate contracts, agreements, and deliverables with influencers, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements regarding influencer partnerships and sponsored content.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience 1 year in influencer marketing, talent management, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer ecosystems, and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
