Job Title: Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide analytical insights and thought leadership in understanding business performance, defining key performance indicators, forecasting, segmentation/targeting, strategic planning, and leveraging internal and external data assets to make informed decisions.
  • Partner with business leaders to develop new analytics techniques, explore innovative data assets, and drive standardization of reporting. Focus on critical business questions, drive towards synthesized insights, and suggest actionable recommendations that enable better decision-making.
  • Simplify complex analyses and create clear stories to facilitate data-driven decisions, robust strategic plans, and business cases.
  • Challenge the status quo, explore new data assets, and experiment with innovative analytics to ensure a competitive advantage with robust account-based analytics.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in market research and analytical methodologies. Evaluate insights derived from robust analysis of multiple data sources, maintain compliance with internal and external guidelines, and develop training approaches for the integrated team.
  • Collaborate with relevant internal departments and communicate information across stakeholders. Interface directly with cross-functional teams to ensure supported projects are delivered on time and to the appropriate quality.
  • Develop insightful reports and presentations that highlight actionable insights combined with business implications and strategic options.
Performance Indicators:
  • Quality and accuracy of deliverables.
  • Performance measured against internal goals and external benchmarks.
  • Ability to provide problem-solving leadership and enable analytic-based solutions to business questions and challenges.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience including a minimum of 3 years of experience with pharma data across geographies.
  • Deep understanding of the pharma industry and drivers of business performance.
  • Experience in the generics and biosimilars space is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Superior communication skills.
