  • Key Responsibilities
    • Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of Cisco UCCE / UCCX / PCCE solutions and 3rd party Call recording platforms.
    • Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution of complex issues related to Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC.
    • Develop and implement MACD creation knowledge in Cisco UCCE & IPT platforms.
  • Technical Expertise
    • Cisco Voice network deployment models and voice network devices.
    • VOIP protocols like SIP, H.323 and MGCP.
    • Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analogy signalling.
    • Performance Management Tools and integration with other Tools.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve telecommunication problems and OEMs for incident resolution.
    • Perform advanced remote/on site troubleshooting activities encompassing system design issues, upgrade plans, creation of technical product documentation, up gradation & site coordination.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • UCCE or PCCE Email & Voice communication skills & teamwork.
