We are looking for a professional who can lead our current activities while bringing newer dimensions to the table.

A proven leader with excellent communication and relationship building skills, the ideal candidate will have ten years or more experience in program management, supervision, and budgeting skills.

The candidate should be knowledgeable about socio-political environments and able to identify training needs, offer relevant training programs to socio-political groups, and establish goals, prioritise projects, create standards, and monitor quality and outcomes of the programmes from inception to execution.

Prior experience in planning, publicity, report writing, programme proposals, printing, book creation, documentation, etc., preferably in a social organisation, will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training design and content development and its execution
  • Creating visibility for programmes and executing report writing, project proposals, and documentation

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Post graduate preferred in sociology, political science but not mandatory
  • Experience: 10 years' experience with minimum 5 years in training & programme management for NGOs, government & semi-government bodies

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi & English (written and spoken)
  • Computer literacy is must & proficiency in word, excel & PowerPoint is desirable
