Shift Timing: 2 PM to 11 PM

Education: BTech/MTech, ECE, EE and CSE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and propose customized solutions
  • Support the sales team with secondary research and business insights
  • Build strong relationships with customers and serve as a trusted advisor
  • Work with the Operations team to track project status and ensure customer expectations are met
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to design targeted strategies
