Job Title: AI Agent Workflow Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Agent Workflow Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our workflow development process, you will be responsible for designing and implementing intelligent agent workflows using cutting-edge open-source frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop AI agent workflows leveraging LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, and other relevant frameworks.
  • Integrate n8n and Make.com automation tools to create seamless pipeline connections and external service interactions.
  • Establish efficient APIs, databases, and third-party tool connections for enhanced workflow reliability and scalability.
  • Collaborate closely with the founding team to experiment, prototype, and deploy scalable AI workflows in real-world business applications.
  • Develop expertise in workflow documentation and knowledge sharing to foster a collaborative environment within the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience with AI agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools (n8n, Make.com, or Zapier).
  • Strong understanding of APIs, JSON, and web hooks fundamentals.
  • Basic proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python programming languages for agent logic and integrations.
  • Effective problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot and debug complex automations.
  • Comfortable working remotely with excellent communication skills.
