Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid campaigns across multiple digital platforms to boost traffic, conversions, and results.
  • Manage campaign budgets and optimize channel spend for maximum efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to enhance campaign performance.
  • Monitor and refine campaign KPIs: CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, conversions, and more.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align campaign strategies and drive results.
  • Leverage tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager to track performance and generate actionable reports.
  • Implement retargeting strategies and customer acquisition funnels across digital platforms.
  • Analyze competitor campaigns and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • 2-6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing campaigns and achieving high results.
  • Strong understanding of digital media buying, attribution, tracking, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in platforms: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, YouTube Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager.
  • Good analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in electronics or gadget-based D2C brands.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO, affiliate marketing, and influencer marketing.
