Job Title: DevOps Engineer

This is a unique opportunity to join our organization as a skilled DevOps Engineer. We are looking for an experienced professional who can collaborate with development and IT operations teams to streamline and automate processes, ensuring efficient and reliable software delivery.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud platforms, including Kubernetes/RedHat OpenShift, Azure, AWS or Google Cloud. They will also possess knowledge of the used technologies, such as Linux, GraphQL, Kafka, Couchbase, Oracle, Reactive Architecture, HTML5, Apache, Angular, WebLogic, etc.

Additional responsibilities include participating in projects to ensure operational readiness, including consideration of non-functional requirements, and overseeing the smooth transitions from development to production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development and Operations Integration: Collaborate with development and IT operations teams to streamline and automate processes, ensuring efficient and reliable software delivery.\
  • Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes.\
  • Monitoring and Logging: Set up and maintain monitoring and logging systems to ensure the health and performance of applications and infrastructure.\
  • Incident and Problem Management: Respond to and resolve incidents and problems, ensuring minimal downtime and impact on customers.\
  • Security and Compliance: Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.\
  • Operational Readiness: Participate in projects to ensure operational readiness, including consideration of non-functional requirements.\
  • Project Maturation: Oversee and ensure the quality of delivery.\
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:\
    • \
    • Cloud Platforms: Knowledge of cloud platforms, including Kubernetes/RedHat OpenShift, Azure, AWS or Google Cloud.\
    • Used Technologies: Knowledge of the used technologies, such as Linux, GraphQL, Kafka, Couchbase, Oracle, Reactive Architecture, HTML5, Apache, Angular, WebLogic, etc.\
    • Telecommunication: Familiarity with telecommunication technologies and processes.\
    • Ai Tools: Familiarity with AI tools and technologies.\
    • Security and GDPR: Understanding Security and GDPR concepts.\
    • Language Skills: Proficiency and being fully fluent English is mandatory, Dutch and/or French are a plus.\
    • MS Office Suite: A good knowledge of MS Office Suite is recommended.\
    • Technical Knowledge: Good general knowledge of IT and networks.\
    • Ci/Cd and Monitoring Tools: Familiarity with tools such as Jenkins, Github /ArgoCD, CI, Adobe, Dynatrace, Splunk is mandatory. Prometheus and Grafana is a plus.\
    • Functional and Technical Analysis: Ability to perform both functional and technical analysis to support operational needs.\
