Job Overview:

Digital Adoption Solutions Expert

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive digital adoption initiatives across our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers to identify training needs and understand their applications and processes.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop standards and guidelines for consistency in deliverables across projects.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to design innovative solutions and improve process efficiency.
  • Consult on optimal digital adoption strategies using the Whatfix Product Ecosystem.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-6 years of experience in Instructional Design, Technical Writing, Customer Success, Account Management, or Software Development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • A strong learning aptitude to become an expert on Whatfix Products.
  • In-depth knowledge and proficiency in Salesforce platform.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with diverse cultures and practices across geographies.
  • Knowledge of applications like ERP, CRM, CLM, etc., including Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, iCertis, etc.
  • Basic understanding of Javascript, CSS, HTML will be an advantage.
