Join our company as a Senior Equity Research Associate.

This role is part of the Sell-side Research & Operation team, based in Gurgaon/Bangalore/Pune. We are looking for an experienced professional with a minimum 5+ years of experience in Equity Research.

To be successful in this position, you should have a strong educational background and possess relevant certifications like CFA L3 cleared or MBA in Finance.

We value Sectors Experience into Healthcare, Industrial, TMT & Auto as added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive financial models with scenario analysis.
  • Carry out DCF, relative, SOTP and other relevant valuation methods.
  • Create accurate assumptions and valuations with supporting rationale.
  • Screen large datasets to identify investment ideas and assist PMs/CIOs in their investment decisions.
  • Discuss investment ideas and stock updates with PM/CIO.
  • Prepare earnings reviews, previews, attend con calls and management meetings.
  • Develop pitch notes/presentations, industry and thematic notes.
  • Maintain databases and collect/analyse news.
  • Handle ad-hoc research requests.

  • Able to think through drivers and KPIs across broad range of sectors.
  • Good client relationship management skills and communication skills.
  • An eye for details and ability to handle multiple workflows with tight deadlines.

  • Build complex, error-free models with well-defined revenue/cost driver assumptions.
  • Carry out earnings sensitivity analysis.
  • Provide own valuation views after carrying out relative, DCF-based or industry appropriate valuations.
  • Write logically and structured manner that requires minimal rework.
  • Write bulletins and one-page summaries.
  • Link macro/industry analysis to the output.
  • Build effective presentations.
